14 The National. What can I say about this band? I want to live inside this album. And all of their music, really. I’ve fallen asleep to The National several times, which probably adds to the surreal feelings I feel while listening. Annie Clark‘s cover of “Mistaken For Strangers” takes nothing away from the original- the sadness in her voice makes me want to climb out of my skin (in a good way).
