Listen: Lucy Rose – Red Face

I got down to see Lucy Rose at Rough Trade last year and it was unsurprisingly rammo in there. So as this was possibly the most dreariest of weeks, it was a Friday treat to receive this new track from my slight girl crush, Lucy Rose. A lovely bit of folk pop, it gets my toes tapping and head bopping. Lucy’s music is sung with a degree of intimate anguish that I get utterly consumed by. But without sounding too muso like, I just really like this song.
