Introducing: Oklahomas ‘Other Lives’

If you’ve not heard of 5 piece, Other Lives yet, well you should have, or just pretend you have. They’ve been tour support for The Decemberists and The National, which is rather fitting as the I think ‘For 12′ is incredibly National-esque. It’s lingering orchestral pop rock, reminding me of The National crossed a little with The Guillemots. ‘For 12′ is from the upcoming album ‘Tamer Animals’. Sadly there aren’t any UK dates for this band, but it has to be a matter of time, right?
